Terms of Service

The service

myLegacyOS provides registration, payment, scheduling, and league-operations tools to youth sports organizations. Your relationship for league matters — rules, teams, refund decisions, season policies — is with your league; we provide the platform it runs on.

Your account

Accounts are created by adults — parents, guardians, and league volunteers. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in, for keeping your credentials private, and for the accuracy of the information you enter. A league may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or its community standards.

Payments & refunds

Registration fees are set by and belong to your league, and are processed by Stripe or recorded against the league's offline methods (Zelle, check, cash). A processing fee, shown before you pay, funds the platform. Refunds follow your league's policy; when a league issues one, we record it and reopen the registration honestly. Every receipt matches the charge on your statement.

Waivers & signatures

Documents you sign electronically (waivers, codes of conduct, consents) are recorded permanently against the exact version you read, and are binding between you and your league to the extent the law allows.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no unauthorized access attempts, no scraping of other families' information, no entering data you don't have the right to enter, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend access to protect the platform and its leagues.

Disclaimers & liability

The platform is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent the law permits, LegacyOS Technologies LLC's total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms as the platform grows; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
