LegacyOS™ Pricing

What your league pays

$0

No setup fee. No subscription. On the usual plan your league keeps 100% of its registration fees — LegacyOS is paid by a small flat fee that rides with each family's checkout, the way tickets work everywhere, but smaller. And if your Board would rather families never saw a fee line at all, it can carry that cost itself instead: one invoice after registration closes, at a rate quoted before it opens.

The convenience fee, in the open

Flat whole dollars, shown as its own line at checkout — never buried in the registration price. Sisters are automatically cheaper.

Card

$9 · $5

First girl · each sister

The family discount is automatic — the first paid girl carries the anchor, every sister after her pays the lower fee.

Bank transfer

$5 flat

Per girl, every time

The cheap rail, priced to steer. Families who pay by bank transfer always pay the low flat fee.

Zelle · check · cash

$5

Per girl — league opt-in

The league collects it with the payment; LegacyOS invoices once at season close, only for registrations actually marked paid.

Your Board stays in control

Either way

The fee is a decision, not a contract

Your Board picks which way it runs and can change its mind between seasons. Tell us, and the next checkout follows — there is no tier to upgrade and nothing to renegotiate.

Everything included

No feature tiers

Registration with real waivers, English and Spanish throughout, payments on every rail, draft-day governance, schedules and standings, coach and umpire portals, events with QR check-in, the league AI assistant, permanent audit records. Day one. All of it.

Your money, your data

Nothing held hostage

Registration fees settle to the league's own bank account. Every record — families, rosters, payments, decisions — is the league's, exportable at any time.

Or the league carries it

Some Boards would rather a family never saw a fee line — they set one registration price with our cost already inside it. Then LegacyOS invoices the league once, when registration closes, for the players it actually registered.

One price

Families see the registration fee and nothing else

No fee line at checkout, on any payment method, and no platform fee on a paid clinic either. The price your Board sets is the whole price a family pays.

One invoice

Invoiced once, when registration closes

A percentage of each registration, or a flat amount per player — agreed with your league and put in writing before registration opens, never after it closes.

Counted in the open

Only the girls who actually paid

Registrations marked paid before the window closed, minus anyone refunded or withdrawn. Your treasurer watches the running total all season, and the invoice lists every girl it counted.

The math for a family: one daughter by card adds $9 once. Three sisters add $19 total — less than a stadium hot dog per girl, and on that plan it is the entire reason the league's software costs the league nothing.
